As I embarked on this new adventure launching Frontier Executive Search, I was aware of the work that would be required and I knew that it would all be worth it. Being a present dad and husband, a good friend, a reliable / hard-working employee, and doing all the behind the scenes activities to begin a new company was challenging. In those times, I committed myself to the simple, yet powerful motto “Move the ball down the field.”

Brett Favre is my favorite quarterback of all time. He was known as a gun-slinger and did things in unorthodox ways. Many people questioned his form and his approach but you couldn’t question the fact that he moved the ball down the field. Sure he threw some interceptions, but way more often than not, the guy did something that was simply unbelievable. Brett Favre always found a way to move the ball down the field. He played through pain and injuries on his way to starting 297 straight NFL games. That record still stands by the way.
